I recently went in to have my teeth cleaned and had a great experience! The staff at Robert Chiang, DDS were very friendly and welcoming. My cleaning with the Hygienist was very comfortable - I normally find that to be the worst part. They have very up to date technology and were able to take some pictures of potential problem areas. The Dentist, Robert came in afterward to do an exam. He was very personable and professional. He took the time to explain and show me some areas that could need attention in the future. I normally dread going to the Dentist but found this experience to be pleasant. I will definitely be going back.

Every time I visit Dr. T's office, I feel like I am visiting friends. The staff is extremely friendly, and Dr. T always takes the time to explain the procedures, and what my options are. His hygienists are gentle and always get my teeth super clean

I have hated going to the dentist just like everyone else. That has completely changed now! I had my first appointment with Dr. Terribilini two weeks ago and it was the easiest and most pleasant dentist appointment I have ever had! They are such people persons that you feel completely comfortable the moment you meet them.

One thing I have hated most about dentists in the past is that they are really rough and just yank your lips and mouth around without any concern for your comfort. Not Dr. Terribilni! He was so gentle and it is over before I knew it!! I could not believe my procedures, I did not feel the shots, the root canal or anything. I could not believe it when he told me we were done.

I have been to Dr. Terribilini's office 3 times now and when they set an appointment they set an appointment. Each time there was no wait time they took me in right on time. LOVE IT!!!!!

The staff are all very nice and thoughtful and I give the entire experience a 5 Star rating for sure and will be switching my whole family to him!!!

Dr. T is the best! My whole family has been going to him for years and we absolutely love him. The staff is so friendly and we just adore them. His hygienists are so friendly and always do a thorough job. I never feel stressed or nervous when I go to his office. I trust him with my smile, which is a big deal!

My husband and I see Dr. Philip Terribilini fairly frequently between the two of us. I have been going to him for years now and have always been very impressed with how friendly he and his staff are, and how calm he makes me feel before getting any dental work done.

My husband has had a chipped front tooth repaired by Dr. T that was a result of a worker's comp injury. Lynette (the office manager) went to bat for us against the worker's comp claim adjuster who was making life difficult for us. Dr. T did a great job repairing the chipped tooth, you can't even tell there was ever a problem.

Carissa at the front desk always has a smile on her face and is very thorough and patient when we have questions. She should run a seminar in customer service and people skills, she's that great!!!
